Turkey Balls and Organic Spaghetti and Sauce

Serves 3-4

Serve sauce and balls over pasta (or rice).
All the spices and the packaged ingredients combined made a very good tasting meal.
The turkey had no gamey taste. The sauce has a little sweetness.
No additional salt is needed; the packaged foods have plenty.

Ingredients
1 LB Jennie-O ground turkey (85% lean is good)

1 LB Trader Joe’s “Trader Giotto’s” Tomato Basil Marinara

1 lb Trader Joe’s “Trader Giotto’s” Organic Pasta from Italy

Turkey ball Ingredients
1 egg
Sprinkles of:
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Parsley
Paprika
Savory
Cumin
Chili powder
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
I did not measure, just added a little flavor to the meat, did not need much since the sauce is full of good flavor.

Directions
In a large bowl, using a fork, mix all the seasonings, egg and turkey well. Use a small cookie scoop to form balls. Place balls on baking pan lined with foil and coated with non-stick spray. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes (you can do other things while the balls are roasting :). Set aside for a minute once they are cooked.
Bring the water to a boil and cook pasta, add a pinch of salt to the water.
While the spaghetti is cooking, add balls (discard the liquid and fat from roasting) and sauce to a sauce pan. Bring the sauce to a low bubble, cover and remove when it is thoroughly hot.
