Tangy Juicy Chicken Sandwich

In a small bowl, season a thin chicken breast to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper and toss in a few pieces of onion. In a skillet on a stove top over a light medium heat, fry chicken in sufficient oil, to coat the pan. Flip the chicken breast over as soon as its edges turn white, and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes while tossing the onion.  When the rest of the chicken side is white, slide the pan a bit while adding a splash of red wine vinegar; remove from heat when sizzling slows down and check for doneness. This sandwich is prepared with red leaf lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, tomato and mayonnaise, on a everything bagel, topped with onion and the cooked juice. Before you eat alfalfa, rinse well and dry. Alfalfa is related to the pea family (legumes); it has a background in Chinese medicine to manage digestive track and kidney disorders. It too compliments a tuna sandwich.
