The Easiest Way To Cook A Scrambled Egg Or White Egg

1 Serving :)

Moist and Fluffy! Plus it fits perfect on a muffin!

I use a glass Pyrex measuring cup and place a microwave safe plastic lid on the top (not sealed).

With a fork, beat one egg with a dab of Smart Balance Spread (or your favorite butter spread).

Cover, and cook on high in the microwave for one minute. Remove, flip egg, and cover.
 Cook for a half minute more.

Time may vary depending on microwave, and amount of eggs.

Same goes for Egg Whites.
